Our solar panels were installed yesterday by a very efficient team of electricians and panel fitters and we were up and running by 3.00 pm, enjoying seeing the solar energy being received, used and stored in the battery on the app from that point. We were keen to install as soon after the decision to go with Upvolt Oxfordshire was made and the Company slotted us into its busy schedule sooner than anticipated which hopefully will allow us to make the most of the sunshine yet to come this summer. Scaffolding and parts were all delivered on schedule and communication with the Oxford office has been very good

Upvolt Oxfordshire have fitted solar systems for 3 of my friends and family and finally now for me. The service received has been fantastic, both from a sales perspective in helping us figure out the best system for our needs and during the installation. The team (a small army of roofers and electricians) fitted and commissioned the whole system in a day and were all very friendly and knowledgeable. Everything was very neatly installed and the team cleared up after the work. Post install support has been great too, with questions on how to control different aspects of the system being answered quickly by knowledgeable support staff. I would not hesitate to recommend Upvolt Oxfordshire to anyone looking for a solar/battery system for their home, the experience has been great!

After spending months researching solar installers and comparing different quotes, choosing UpVolt has proven to be an excellent decision. The level of communication and customer service throughout the process was outstanding. The office team (Betsy) were responsive and helpful, and every contractor involved, from the scaffolders and roofers to the electricians and commissioning engineers, was professional, friendly, and clearly committed to doing a quality job. The installation itself was completed to an exceptionally high standard, and everything was left clean and tidy afterwards. What has impressed me most is that the system has delivered immediate results. Within the first few days, our daily electricity costs dropped from around £8-£9 per day to around £1.30-£1.40 per day, with the battery fully charging and excess energy already being exported to the grid. It's refreshing to work with a company that not only makes promises but delivers on them. UpVolt exceeded my expectations, and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone considering investing in solar.

Had an amazing experience buying a solar panel and battery system through Upvolt. Keith was incredibly patient with us and our " Just so I understand this correctly" phone calls. And Jemma and Sharron were extremely prompt with any correspondence from the office. Whole experience was flawless. Had an excellent experience with Upvolt Oxfordshire throughout the process of solar installation. Keith Willis came to do the home survey and went through the numbers and financial modelling in great detail and was also very responsive to further questions via email. Jemma and Sharon were very helpful answering additional queries about the process. Keith also responded very quickly when there was an issue with the scaffolding on the eve of installation day. Simon (roofer) and Garth (electrician) and their colleagues did a great job working in sweltering heat on the day. Even though they couldn't finish the job due to the heat and the roofers had to come back a week later, Keith kept me updated throughout, and I am delighted that I now have a fully functioning solar system and that I'm already seeing the savings on my electricity bills coming through.

Upvolt Oxfordshire have been really easy to deal with. From first contact to installation it's been less than 3 weeks. I've had 9 panels, an inverter and a battery installed. I can monitor everything on my phone ( which is a bit addictive ) and it's already making a huge difference to my consumption from the grid. It'll be interesting to see have things change during the winter, and I'll probably change to a tariff that allows me to charge my battery off-peak for cheap. The installation itself took a day ( I live in a new-build so perhaps more straightforward ) and Upvolt came round the next day to help with with a problem with the monitoring. Since then there have been no problems. The communication has been helpful and clear and there have been no surprises. I would definitely recommend Upvolt.

I went to Upvolt Oxfordshire Ltd when the installer of my panels and inverter both went bust and I wanted a reputable and local firm to take on servicing my pv system when the inverter failed. Upvolt were incredibly helpful in taking over my system and coming and installing a new Solar Edge inverter. I really felt the electrician knew what he was doing and talking about and was worth paying maybe a little more for a reputable firm to do the work rather than the many cold-callers who keep ringing me up wanting to 'service my system'. The whole system is back up and running very well, and I wholeheartedly recommend this firm who know what they are doing!

Great people to deal with. The quote was competitive and the installation went exactly as promised. The scaffolders arrived the day before installation day and got everything prepared. On installation day the crew arrived on time and got straight to work. They finished mid afternoon and left everything tidy. Next day a van arrived to collect all the used packaging and rubbish and a couple of days later the scaffolding was taken down and everything left in good order.
