Upvolt Ltd. is proud to announce its acquisition of OHM Energy, a well-established renewable energy business based in East Sussex, bringing new capability in heat pumps, commercial solar, and public-sector energy delivery into the Upvolt group.

This marks the third major partnership undertaken by Upvolt in our drive to become the UK’s number one national renewable energy installer — with more strategic acquisitions planned for this year and next. 

This acquisition is another important step in Upvolt’s ambition to be the UK’s most trusted end-to-end renewable energy platform. With OHM’s expertise, Upvolt can now offer fully integrated energy systems across residential and commercial sectors — from rooftop solar and battery storage to heating and electrification.

No Disruption to OHM’s Operations

There are no changes to OHM’s day-to-day operations. Jason Lindfield, Managing Director, will continue to lead the business along with the existing team. All customer contracts, services, and support agreements remain exactly as they are.
